Second Class in Ms Murrins’ class recently enjoyed a fantastic visit to Marino Institute of Education (MIE) for a gymnastics workshop. The children worked alongside Marino students and Suzy, the PE lecturer, and had an amazing time from start to finish.
They practised balancing, rolls and jumps, and had the opportunity to use a wide variety of gymnastics equipment. The pupils loved working with the Marino students and getting to experience gymnastics in such an exciting setting. There were plenty of smiles, energy and fun throughout the session — a wonderful active learning experience for everyone involved!
