Well done to the students in sixth class who competed in the VEXIQ Robotics competition in St. Marks' Senior School in Tallaght. The students put in a lot of hard work preparing for the competition. They created a robot from scratch using Lego like parts. As part of the competition, they had to preprogramme the robot to complete set tasks to gain points. They also had to complete set tasks themselves by using a remote control to manipulate the robot. The students did really well and won the judges choice award as well as the coming second in the task using the remote control. Well done girls!
