It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

11th Dec 2025
Christmas has officially arrived in St Vincent de Paul Senior School—and you can see it everywhere you look! Our corridors are bursting with festive colour thanks to the amazing artwork created by our talented students. We’ve got waddling penguins, paper snowmen, and a whole display of beautifully decorated stockings made by 6th Class.

But it isn’t just the students who’ve been busy… our mischievous school elf, Buddy, has been getting up to all sorts of festive chaos! This week alone, he managed to print pictures of himself on our school printer and scatter them around the building! Today he left a note saying he was feeling a bit under the weather and even shared his joke of the day: “What do you call a 7 when it’s sick? A sick 7!”

And as if that wasn’t enough, Buddy was spotted playing with flour and making his very own snow angel, leaving a dusting of “elf snow” behind him. Each morning has become a new adventure as everyone tries to guess what this little troublemaker will do next!

We hope you enjoy the photos of our Christmas art and Buddy’s latest antics. With the sparkle of creativity and a touch of elf magic, it truly feels like Christmas is just around the corner!
